Authority stays explicit
Models propose. Deterministic rules and authorised people decide.
Company
Kinemica exists to make mixed human-machine work executable, permissioned and verifiable as AI agents and robots take on more of the work around us.
Mission
Organisations should not need one system for AI-generated plans, another for people, another for machines and a final collection of messages to prove what happened.
Kinemica is building the shared job, permission and evidence layer that connects those participants without giving a model unchecked authority over physical work.
Sylvester Kaczmarek is the founder and founding engineer of Kinemica. His work focuses on building software at the intersection of AI, operational systems and physical execution.
The company is deliberately starting with a narrow, working demonstration and a small number of bounded pilot conversations. The objective is to learn from real physical workflows before expanding the product.
How we build
The first demonstration is specific enough to understand in minutes, while the job, worker, policy and evidence model remains general.
Models propose. Deterministic rules and authorised people decide.
Build one clear execution loop before adding industries or integrations.
Show the decision, the work performed and the record that supports closeout.
