Website and demonstration terms.

Prototype status

Kinemica is prototype software. The website and public demonstration are provided to explain and test the product concept. They are not certification, professional safety advice, regulatory approval or authorisation for live safety-critical work.

Fictional demonstration

Demonstration incidents, people, organisations, evidence and robot behaviour are fictional. Rover 01 is simulated and controls no real machine. Demonstration outcomes must not be represented as real operational performance.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to:

• access another visitor’s demo session or non-public system;
• circumvent rate limits, abuse model or storage capacity, or automate spam;
• upload executable, unlawful, malicious or confidential material;
• present simulated controls as access to a real robot or safety system; or
• interfere with the availability or integrity of the website or demonstration.

Pilot requests

Submitting a pilot request creates no customer relationship, service commitment or obligation to proceed. A pilot begins only under separately agreed scope, security, data and commercial terms.

No operational reliance

Do not rely on the website or public demonstration to assign workers, authorise actions, control machines or make real-world safety decisions. Real workflow use requires a separately reviewed deployment and agreement.
