Information you provide

A walkthrough request contains your contact details, the organisation or work context you choose to provide, a short description of the workflow and permission to contact you. Please do not include confidential documents, credentials, sensitive personal information or private camera images in an enquiry.

We use that information to understand the request, respond to you and keep a record of the discussion. Requesting a walkthrough does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Website and abuse-prevention information

The enquiry record includes a keyed hash of the request source address and a digest of browser information to help limit spam and repeated submissions. It does not store the raw source address in that record. Hosting services may process connection and request information separately to operate and protect the website.

The public preview uses illustrative content. Opening it does not connect to a live camera, retrieve private work records, create an operational demo session or send content to an AI model. The separate invitation-only app uses essential sign-in and workspace cookies.

Storage, email and access

Requests are validated on the server and stored through a controlled database path. Visitors cannot browse other enquiries. Hosting, database and email providers process the information needed to run these services.

After a request is saved, Kinemica queues an internal notification and a short acknowledgement to the supplied address. Email delivery can be delayed without losing the saved request. The acknowledgement does not repeat the full submitted description.

Retention and your requests

Retention depends on the enquiry and any continuing discussion. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period. You can ask what information is held, request a correction or ask for deletion; we may need to confirm your identity and explain any information that must be retained.

Invited workspaces and AI processing

Customer workspaces require separately agreed purposes, evidence access, retention and provider-processing arrangements. This public notice is not a customer data-processing agreement or permission to submit other people’s information.

Model assistance in an authorised workflow may send selected content to its configured provider. Disabling optional model-training sharing is not the same as zero retention. Customer-specific processing settings must be confirmed before sensitive material is used; no zero-retention service is promised here.
