What this notice covers
This notice covers the Kinemica company website, pilot request form and links to the separate fictional demonstration. It does not describe a production customer or worker-data service, which is not yet available publicly.
Information collected
A pilot request collects your name, work email, organisation, role, workflow description, approximate worker count, current robots or machines, operational problem and permission to contact you.
The server also stores a keyed hash of the request source address and a digest of the browser user-agent string for abuse prevention. The raw source address is not stored in the enquiry record.
How the information is used
- Assess whether the workflow is an appropriate Kinemica pilot.
- Respond to the person who gave permission to be contacted.
- Protect the form against spam, repeated requests and service abuse.
- Maintain a limited record of pilot conversations and decisions.
The pilot form is not a public mailing-list or newsletter subscription.
Storage and access
Enquiries are submitted through a validated server action and stored in a private database path. Public browsers have no direct read or write access to the enquiry table. Privileged credentials remain server-only.
Retention and requests
Kinemica keeps enquiry information only while it is needed to assess, respond to and document the pilot conversation. A formal pilot retention schedule will be agreed before any production customer data is accepted.
To ask about access, correction or deletion, use the pilot request formwith the same work email and begin the operational-problem field with “Privacy request”. Do not add further operational details.
Changes
This notice will change as Kinemica introduces pilot agreements, authentication or production data processing. Material changes will be published on this page.
