HOW WORK MOVES
One thread from intake to acceptance.
Use a device-originated observation or a direct human report. The next steps share the same work system.

Receive the context
A camera or supported node sends an observation and evidence. A person can also report work directly, adding a description and an optional photo.
- 02
Review or draft the work
AI can recommend Routine or Review for a device snapshot. For a human report, it can draft an instruction from the description. A person checks the result; a Routine recommendation is not a safety assessment.

Confirm who should act
An authorised person confirms the task and assignee. The receiving person finds the instruction and evidence requirement in My work. Access, role and state checks apply to the action.

Perform the assignment
The assignee records that work has started, performs the physical task and submits the requested evidence. If a notification is delayed, the assignment remains available in My work.
- 05
Accept or request rework
A human reviews the submission. Accept completion or ask for another attempt without replacing earlier evidence. There is no automatic after-photo analysis in this workflow.

Keep the complete record
The original context, linked follow-up, assignments, attempts and acceptance stay connected. Reviewing an observation and completing its physical follow-up are separate outcomes.

Everyone has a different part to play.

- Provide observations and context. Device identity does not grant human approval authority.
- AI
- Assists with interpretation and drafting. Its output remains a suggestion, not authorisation.
- People
- Confirm assignments, perform tasks and accept completion or request rework.
- Kinemica
- Maintains permissions, work states, evidence links and the history of decisions.

A general work system, with focused integrations.
The current connected-camera and human-work paths are implemented. The Home Camera is a demonstration environment, not the product’s market category.
Machine workers connect through adapters and permitted commands. The rover is simulated; connecting a real robot requires integration-specific testing and physical safety controls.
More on permissions and evidence
Policy outcomes can allow, block or require approval. Model output cannot override a prohibited action. Evidence files are private, and verification results and human decisions are recorded separately from originals.
Some model-assisted paths can fall back when a provider is unavailable. A fallback is identified as such, not presented as a successful live AI analysis.
